Outbound that researches every prospect, then writes to them personally.
Paraden is an agentic outbound engine. It finds the people who match your ideal customer, researches each one against real sources, writes to them in your voice, and sends from mailboxes and domains we set up for you. At the scale of a team, not a person.

Hi Anika,
Saw the move to direct distribution across the three regions in February, and the point you made about channel strategy at the conference in March.
That kind of shift usually puts the sales layer under real pressure for the first six months, while the new partner data is still being cleaned up.
Worth twenty minutes to compare notes?
An agentic outbound engine.
Paraden runs the whole outbound job: who to write to, what is actually true about them, what to say, and the infrastructure it goes out from. Your team sets the direction and keeps the judgement.
Four steps, and the engine runs them.
You teach it your business once. After that, every campaign follows the same path at whatever scale you set it to.
Teach it what you sell
It reads your website, your product brief and the material you already have: decks, case studies, testimonials, battle cards, proof data. That becomes what it knows about your business.
For your team setup is a guided wizard, not an implementation project.
Find the right people
It writes an ideal customer profile from what it learned, and you edit and approve it. Then it finds matching companies and ranks the people inside them by how closely their role matches who you actually sell to.
For your team you approve the list before a single word is written.
Research every prospect
Person by person, it searches for what they have actually said or published and what their company has actually done. Every finding carries a date and a working source, and is scored for how relevant it is to what you sell.
For your team no invented context, and nothing you cannot check.
Write and send
It writes a sequence for that one person, in the voice of the person it comes from, built on the research and the call to action you chose. Then it goes out from dedicated mailboxes on your own sending domains.
For your team every email it writes is there to read before and after it goes.
Nine numbers, and the one that matters.
Every campaign reports what went out and what came back, with replies leading because that is the number worth optimising. Mailbox health and deliverability sit alongside, so you know the sending itself is in good order.

An hour of work, in seconds.
A good salesperson reads the company, finds what changed recently, checks what the person themselves has said, then writes something worth replying to. That is roughly an hour per prospect, which is why almost nobody does it.
Paraden does it for every prospect on the list. No two messages come out the same, because none of them started from a template.
What it writes is only as good as what you tell it about your customers. Our guide on writing pain points shows what a good answer to that looks like.
Paraden writes with AI, and AI can make mistakes. Every email it writes is there to read, before and after it goes out.
The whole thing, not just the software.
Outbound usually means stitching together a data provider, a sending tool, a pile of domains and somebody to write it all. This is those things, in one place.
Domains and mailboxes
Set up for you, warmed up before they send, and monitored for deliverability. No domain shopping, no DNS records to configure.
Contact data
Company and contact discovery is part of the platform, and work email addresses are found when a campaign launches. No separate data subscription.
Research on every prospect
Sourced, dated findings per person, scored for how relevant each one is to what you sell.
Reporting
The full funnel per campaign, from what was sent through to meetings booked, with mailbox health beside it.
Roles and teams
Owners, team leaders and sales people, with products and campaigns scoped to whoever should see them.
Your voice, kept
Tone and signature per person, so what goes out sounds like whoever it comes from.
What sales leaders ask us.
Straight answers, no theatre. Anything we have missed, ask us at [email protected].
Is this ready to use, or are we buying a promise?
Ready. Paraden is live, sales teams are using it today, and everything described on this page works now rather than being on a roadmap. What is genuinely still to come is listed separately above, so you can see exactly where the line is.
Do you provide the mailboxes and domains?
Yes. We set up dedicated sending domains and mailboxes for your team, warm them up before they send anything, and watch deliverability while they run. You do not buy domains or touch DNS.
Where do the contacts come from?
Paraden finds companies and people matching your ideal customer profile through a business data provider, then finds work email addresses when you launch the campaign. You can upload your own list too, and it is treated exactly the same way.
How personalised is it really?
Every prospect is researched on their own before anything is written. Paraden looks for what that person has actually said or published and what their company has actually done, each finding with a date and a working source, then writes from those. Nothing starts from a template, so no two messages come out the same.
How much control does my team keep?
All of it. You edit and approve the targeting profile, you approve the contact list, and you set the voice, the sequence shape and the call to action. Every email Paraden writes is there to read.
Will this replace our CRM?
No, and it does not try to. Paraden does the outbound work around it: the targeting, the research, the writing and the sending. Wherever your pipeline lives today, it stays there.
What happens to the data you touch?
Paraden processes business contact data only, under UK GDPR, with every client's data fully isolated. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared between clients. Exactly how we handle it is published in plain language in our trust and legal centre.
What does getting set up actually involve?
A guided setup: your company, what you sell, and whatever material you already have. Your sending domains and mailboxes are provisioned and warmed on our side while you do it. Most of the work is answering questions about your own business, and you only do it once.
See the system run.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to, and we will walk you through Paraden doing the whole job, research through to send. It is live, so there is nothing to wait for.
