Operational suppliers (not sub-processors)
The following suppliers are used by Paraden for its own internal operations but do not process Client Data. They are not sub-processors and are listed here for transparency only:
| Supplier | Use |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare Inc | DNS and CDN for paraden.ai marketing website (no Client Data passes through) |
| Zoho Corporation | Paraden's own business email service (no Client Data) |
Where the Client procures third-party services directly under its own contracts (for example, contact data enrichment platforms), those suppliers are sub-processors of the Client, not of Paraden.
